All vendor payments and ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event that the event is fully cancelled by the event organizer.

By purchasing a vendor table, vendor space, or event ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Payment Policy. No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances unless the event is fully cancelled.

If the event is fully cancelled by the event organizer, eligible vendor payments and ticket purchases will be refunded according to the organizer’s cancellation procedures.
